Article I: BENEFITS

All instructors of Ski School ESI Grand Massif were trained validated by the state and their teaching methods are recognized on a national and international levels.

Article II: PAYMENT AND REFUND

1. Rates

3. Repayment Terms

4. Client's right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period, the client has available, is valid until the eve of the service booked. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, the customer must be refunded within thirty days.

Moreover, the right of withdrawal is excluded in certain cases and for example:

Article III: CONFLICT

Any dispute under these terms and conditions is subject to the French courts and French law.
